Chimera, Pixelogic Z-Brush, Autodesk Maya, Adobe After Effects

This image is a frame from a scene in my Master's Research Project, showing DNA in a nuclear environment. The initial DNA strand was first generated in Chimera, retopoligized in Z-Brush, and finally brought into Maya where it was rigged and textured. Particle effects, lens flares and the background were added in After Effects post-production.
